He received a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Peking University and a doctorate in the Department of Biological Sciences, Korea Academy of Science and Technology. Research Interest
To study the analysis of ammonia-oxidizing and methanotrifying-related microorganisms and their role in ecosystems. To develop a meta-transcriptome-based microbial community structure analysis method that does not require specific primers.
