Biography
Dr. Baodong Zheng, male, was born in January 1967. He is a professor, doctoral supervisor, and dean of Food Science at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University. He has been awarded for the “National New Century Talent Project”, and awarded the “State Council Special Allowance Experts”. He obtained the third “Outstanding Talent of Science and Technology” in Fujian province, and got the tenth “China Science & Technology Award” for Young Scientist. He is currently a member of Food Science and Engineering Advisory committee under the Ministry of Education, and an academic leader in First-degree Discipline of Food Science and Engineering in Fujian Province. He is a member of Chinese Institute of Food Science and Technology, a member of Chinese Nutrition Society, a peer review expert of National Natural Science Foundation of China, the director of Fujian Food Additive Association, the vice director of Fujian Institute of Food Science and Technology, the vice director of Fujian Nutrition Association, the vice president of Fujian Food Industry Association.
