Research Interest
Our researches have mainly focused on food biotechnology (functional foodã€rapid detection of food quality and safetyã€molecular nutrition) and bioenergy (thermophiles, thermostable enzymes and biogas). The specific research interests include: 1. Separation, extraction, purification and identification of bioactive substances from ocean and terrene (edible and medicinal funigi); study of the three effects relationships (dose and effects, structure and effects, ingredient and effects) of functional factors and the interaction mechanism; explorations in the interaction relationship among disease, food and genes; development of marine and terrestrial nutritional and functional food; industrialization and applications of key technologies; 2. Research on the structure and function of methane bacteria from fermented seaweed, bio-grass and residue of agriculture and forestry; development of biogas industrialization preparation technology and biogas residue utilization technology; research and application of the key technology of energy grass (JUNCAO) comprehensive circulation; research and application on thermophiles and theirs functional genomics; 3. Research and application on the rapid detection technology of foodborne pathogens; research and application on rapid detection technology of bioactive substances.
