Biography
Chengzhen Wu is a professor and a PhD supervisor at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, China. Education: bachelor of agronomy from forestry major of Jiangxi Agriculture University in 1993; master of agronomy from forest management major of Fujian Forestry College in 1996; PhD of science from ecology major of Nanjing Forestry University in 2000; Postdoctor from postdoctoral research center of crop science in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University from 2002 to 2006. Courses: Topics in Forest Ecology, Topics in forestry measurement, Research methods and practice of ecology, Spatial Statistics, Modern forest management etc. Honors: Special government allowance granted by the State Council in 2000; National expect of key talents project in the new century in 2006; Expect of outstanding talents project for provincial colleges and universities in the new century in 2006; One of the top teacher of Fujian province; Model teacher of professional ethics in Fujian province; Science and technology award for youth in Fujian province; National science and technology award for youth in forestry; Young teachers award of Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation; Yunsheng science and technology award for youth; Pace setter in the new long march of Fujian province; Wu-si youth medal of Fujian province etc.
