Dr. Hongbo Song, male, born in 1966. Professor, doctoral supervisor. Vice dean of the College of Food Science. One of the leader of food science and engineering discipline; leader of cereals, oils and plant protein engineering discipline; managing director of Agricultural Product Storage and Processing Branch of the China Agricultural Society; deputy secretary-general of Fujian Food Additive Association; deputy secretary-general of Fujian Agricultural Engineering Association; reviewer of National Health Food Evaluation; peer reviewer of National Natural Science Foundation.
