Biography
Jinquan Chen,male,born in February,1954,professor,doctor,doctoral supervisor, the leader of agricultural products processing and storage engineering discipline, chief expert of Fujian aquatic products processing, agricultural engineering journal editors, had served as senior visiting scholar of University of Georgia in the United State. He has been engaged in non-thermal processing technology research of fruits and vegetables and aquatic products for a long time. And he has made a series of achievements in non-thermal processing technology. Until now, he has applied for 15 patents, 14 of which have been awarded national authorization and one has won the international approval. " Low temperature electric field sterilization method of liquid materials", "ice crystal separation device" respectively won gold medal and silver medal in the 7th international invention fair in 2012.”Pretreatment method of abalone deep processing”, "ice crystal separation device", ”non-thermal processing method of sterilization and inhibition enzyme of fruit and vegetable juice concentrate”," Low temperature electric field sterilization method of liquid materials" all won the gold medal in worker innovation exhibition across the Taiwan strait in 2012. He obtained 2 second prize about provincial scientific and technological progress prize. And he took several subjects of national or province department level. He presided over a number of provincial projects, which was identified as international leading and domestic leading or domestic advanced.
