Biography
Chen Pinghua, male, born in 1971 , doctor, researcher, doctoral tutor. The current Ministry of Agriculture genetically modified biological product testing room director, Fujian Province, genetically modified management assessment experts, Fujian Province, high school science and technology innovation team responsibility experts. From 1991 to 1998 , he received a bachelor's and master's degree from Henan Agricultural University. In 2001 in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University doctorate. 2005-2006 as a visiting scholar went to the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Sugarcane Research Institute Plant Molecular Genetics Department to carry out cooperative research. 2010 as the representative of the Chinese Association of sugar cane molecular breeding representatives to participate in the twenty-seventh session of the International Association of sugar cane technician, was invited to the General Assembly special report. Nearly five years has presided over the national fund, 948 plan, the provincial focus, agricultural genetically modified biosafety technology detection, the Ministry of Agriculture genetically modified biological safety management and other provincial and ministerial level projects , has the backbone to participate in the national 863 program, national research guide, 948 major, high Technology industrialization, across the plan and other major projects. The research results of plant genetic engineering, plant molecular detection, crop molecular breeding and other fields have been carried out in the research of plant single cell (pollen) molecular genetic research to reach the international advanced level. In the " Journal of Integrative Plant Biology ", " SugarTech " , "Journal of Applied and Environmental Biology", "Genomics and Applied Biology", "Molecular Plant Breeding" and other domestic and foreign journals published more than 30 papers, of which the first authorSCI included 1 , participated in the publication of three monographs , two varieties of breeding . Research has patent to the first inventor 12 items the development of national standards 1 , won the appraisal results, a number of awards and technological progress awards, scientific and technological inventions. He is a member of the International Association of Sugarcane Technicians, Honorary Staff of the US Department of Agriculture, Journal of Integrative Plant Biology , Journal of Tropical Crops and other project reviewers, National Natural Science Foundation of China, Guangxi Natural Science Foundation. Has been rated as outstanding teachers, advanced party workers. Is now the Ministry of Agriculture sugarcane genetic improvement key open laboratory crop transgenic research and detection direction of one of the leaders, has guided more than a dozen graduate students.
