Biography
Shaojun Chen, Male, Ph.D., Professor, Doctor Supervisor, Vice chairman of Fujianprovince Committee of the Chinesepeople's Political Consultative Conference, “Millions of talents project” of Fujian Province, Final judge of functional food of nation, managing director of China food science and technology society. As a teacher, Dr. Chen is engaged in researching on food science and engineering, and food qualities and safety from 2008. Take charge in more than 30 research projects, and more than 80 representative publications were published.
