Biography
Shaoxiao Zeng, male, associate professor, PhD, master's supervisor, dean of Nutrition and Food Safety department of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, director of Institute of Food Science and Technology of Fujian Province, executive director of Fujian Food Additive Association. He has been engaged in fruit and vegetable processing, starch chemistry and function, evaluation of food safety and function. In recent years, one of his research program was supported by NSFC ( Natural Science Foundation of China), and in several national and provincial research projects he was the major cooperator. He obtained twice for the first prize of provincial scientific and technological progress award(as the Second and Third cooperator, respectively), and also obtained twice second prize (both as the Second cooperator) . He obtained 9 national authorized patents. In 2013, he won the twentieth Yun Sheng youth science and technology award. Over the past three years, he published 7 papers as the first author or the corresponding author.
