Biography
Ting Fang, female, associate professor, PhD, master's supervisor, dean of the food science department of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University,has been engaged in aquatic products processing technology research.Now she undertakes two provinical nature and science fund projects, one provinical key scientific and technological projects,one project from Fujian province ministry of education.She obtained 9 national authorized patents. 2 of which respectively won gold medal and silver medal in the 7th international invention fair,3 all the gold medal in worker innovation exhibition across the Taiwan strait in 2012.She published more than 10 papers, including 4 SCI papers, 3 university journals,4 EI papers. She participated in compiling 3 edited books and formulating 15 Fujian local standards.
