Biography
Tuanwei Chen, Male, Born on March 06, 1982, Ph.D., , Dean of Food engineering, Deputy Director of agricultural and co-products research institute of FAFU, Deputy Secretary-General of Chinese Herbal Medicine Industry Association of Fujian. As a teacher, Dr. Chen is engaged in teaching and researching on food science and engineering, and food qualities and safety from 2008. Take charge & involve in more than 10 research projects, and a few recent or representative publications were published.
