Education background: § Graduated from Nanjing Forestry University on June 2005 with doctoral degree of Geotechnical Engineering. § Further studied in the graduate student class of geotechnical engineering in Tongji University during September 1987- July 1988. § Graduated from Fuzhou University on July 1985 with bachelor degree of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering.
