Shi ZhenguoProfessor, male, born in September 1966 , Nanyang City, Henan Province, Xiamen University Master of Law, Fujian Normal University School of Law, director of the Department of Criminal Law, master tutor, Fujian Provincial Criminal Law Association, China Police Institute invited researcher, Zhejiang Province, Chongqing natural social science fund assessment experts, lawyers from Fujian to law firm.
