Associate Professor Shi Zhiyuan, Master of Science, School of Law, Fujian Normal University, Doctor of Laws, Postdoctoral Fellow, Environmental Resources Law, Chongqing University. Selected in 2016 "Fujian Province, the new century talents support program". The main academic part-time includes: Fujian Normal University Fujian Free Trade Area Research Institute of the legal group leader, Fujian Provincial Law Society Civil and Commercial Law Research Association, the western environmental resources protection legal research center part-time researcher. Mainly engaged in natural resources rights system, environmental protection legal system, free trade test area legal system and other areas of research work.
