Biography

Tang Jie, Fujian Fuzhou, Fujian Normal University School of Economics, Associate Professor of Business Administration, graduated from the Xiamen University School of Management, received a doctorate in management. Mainly engaged in human resources, organizational behavior, change and innovation and cross-cultural comparative research, as China Enterprise Management Research Director. Currently hosted a National Natural Science Youth Fund Project, a Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Youth Project, a Fujian Provincial Department of Education Class A project, participated in more than 10 national social science, the Ministry of Education and the provincial social science projects, presided over and participated A number of government and corporate change and strategic aspects of the subject. So far in the "Journal of Psychology", "Economic Management", "East China Economic Management", "Applied Psychology", "Advertising Research" and other magazines published more than 20 papers, 1 papers were EI core search. In 2009 , he went to Lundquist School of Business at the University of Oregon in the United States to conduct a study study. In 2014 , he went to the Soochow University Business School in Taiwan to study. At present, we mainly teach courses such as "human resources management", "market investigation and forecasting" and "management research method".
