Professor of Education, Ph.D., Dean of Department of Education, visiting scholar at Teachers College, Columbia University, USA, whose main research field is Equal Opportunity for Higher Education. Presided over the national, provincial and ministerial level 5 topics. Published academic monographs and textbooks 3 ; in the "education research", "higher education research" and other authoritative publications published more than 40 academic papers, many papers were "Xinhua Digest", "National People's Congress copy material" full text reproduced; research results respectively Fujian Province won the Ninth, Tenth, Eleventh Social Sciences Excellence Achievement Award. Fujian outstanding teachers won the title of outstanding teachers, selected Fujian Normal University "Bao Chen plan" young talent support program of high-end talent and universities in Fujian Province in the new century outstanding talent support program.
