Biography
Fuzhou University School of environment and resources professor, doctoral tutor, professor committee director, Fuzhou University, remote sensing information engineering research institute, Fuzhou University, the first batch of "Jiaxi scholars" Distinguished Professor, enjoy the special allowance of the State Council experts. In 1992, he received a full scholarship from the National University of Ireland (where he was the founder of the Boer algebra) and went to the postdoctoral study. After the return of the organization and the development of the Fuzhou University of Earth information disciplines, created the Institute of Remote Sensing Information Engineering, Fuzhou University, Fujian Province, soil erosion remote sensing monitoring and disaster prevention and control key laboratory. Has hosted many important projects at home and abroad, published more than 150 research papers at home and abroad authoritative journals, English papers into the international ESI field of science SCI high cited the first 1% of the papers (in China's remote sensing scholars ranked No. 1), Chinese papers selected " China's most influential domestic academic papers ", in the domestic remote sensing the most authoritative" Journal of Remote Sensing "published papers published in the journal cited the first one, the MNDWI water index created by the internationally renowned ENVI remote sensing software used as The only standard index of water information processing is one of the very few indices adopted by international scholars in China. The proposed "Urban Heat Island Proportion Index (URI)" was issued by the National Environmental Protection Standard of the People's Republic of China, Ecological environment assessment of technical specifications "and the Ministry of Housing and Urban" urban ecological construction of environmental performance evaluation guidelines "used as a city eco-environmental assessment of the city's thermal environment, the only indicator. Research results by the Fujian Provincial Science and Technology Award, third prize.
