Research Interest
Bioelectrochemical sensors; materials electrochemistry; electrochemiluminescence; nano materials and devices Research areas related to electrochemical (biological) sensors, materials, electrochemical, electrochemiluminescence, chip laboratories. In the country to carry out the earliest temperature modulation electrode (thermal electrode) research work. In the interface electrochemical, temperature modulation of the basic theory of electrochemical and its application has made important research results. At the international level for the first time for the semiconductor three-dimensional packaging technology to achieve high aspect ratio through-hole (TSV) plating. The patented technology is currently used in the most advanced packaging process. Since 2001, six National Natural Science Fund projects have been obtained and hosted. Access to national authorized invention patents 10, published more than 40 papers SCI. Including Chem Eur-J, Chem Commun, Biosens Bioelectron, Green Chem, J Mater Chem and other internationally renowned journals. Published in Chem Commun on the hot electrode on the treatment of avian flu precursor (shikimic acid) high sensitivity detection of the paper, was selected as a hot article (Hot Article), and by the British Royal Journal of Chemical Technology as a bright spot.
