Biography
Carolina ensures the highest standard of performance, cost-efficiency and effectiveness, providing leadership in the development and implementation of the of country portfolio projects. Since 2013, Carolina has supported the promotion of strategic programs to achieve a low carbon, climate resilient growth in Colombia, in the form of the formulation of the Amazon Vision project that focus on developing a large-scale payment for performance program for reducing deforestation with national and international financing. Also by supporting the National Planning Department in mainstreaming Green Growth objectives in policy formulation, development planning and financing instruments.
