Biography
Fiona Lord is GGGI’s Country Representative in Cambodia. She is an international public policy professional, most recently working at the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT) and the former Australian Agency for International Development (AusAID). In 2013-15, Fiona was an Assistant Director in the Multilateral Policy and Partnerships Division in AusAID, working on the negotiation of the United Nations Post-2015 Development Agenda and managing the Australian Government’s partnerships with a range of multilateral organisations, including the GGGI, Global Environment Facility and the Climate Investment Funds. In 2011, Fiona joined AusAID’s South Asia Program, where she managed aid investments in water resources management, food security, energy infrastructure and regional economic integration. In 2008-2011, Fiona was a Senior Policy Officer and Graduate at the Australian Government’s Department of Climate Change, where she provided policy advice for the Australia’s engagement in multilateral climate change forums. Fiona has a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University, and a Bachelor of Environmental Management and Law with Honours from Macquarie University, Sydney.
