Biography
Hang Pham is a Senior Administrative Officer with the GGGI team in Vietnam. Prior to this, Hang worked 13 years for the UK Department for International Development (DFID) in Vietnam, where she was in charge of a wide range of areas, from both program implementation and financial management in the infrastructure sector (rural transport and sanitation). She also supported DFID’s health sector work Support in Cambodia. Before joining DFID, Hang worked in the private sector. Hang holds a Master Degree in Public Management from Uppsala University, a BA in English Language from the Hanoi University of Foreign Studies, and a BA in External Economics Relations from the Foreign Trade University.”
