Biography
Dr. James Seong-Cheol Kang is Principal Transport Specialist at the Global Green Growth Institute (GGGI), where he previously managed the Mongolia and China country programs for green growth planning and now leads research in transportation and quantitative analysis. Prior to joining GGGI in 2011, he served as Director of the Center for Global Transport Research at the Korea Transport Institute (KOTI). At KOTI, he conducted projects in aviation, logistics, and road transportation and led joint research activities with the World Bank, ASEAN, and the East-West Center.
