Biography
Robert Dawson is GGGI’s Deputy Director-General and Head of its Operations Enabling Division. Mr. Dawson joined GGGI only six months after it was established, in 2013. Since then, he has been an integral part of its management team, leading the organization’s efforts to maximize cost efficiencies through refining its management structure and implementing operational systems and processes that deliver ‘value for money’. In addition to being Deputy Director- General, he provides oversight and direction of the Finance, Corporate Services, HR, Facilities, Legal, Governance and IT functions of GGGI. He was also one of the key contributors to drafting of GGGI’s Strategic Plan 2015-2020 and continues to drive its successful implementation.
