Seung Yeon Stella Lee

Biography

 Seung-yeon Stella Lee is a Senior Infrastructure/PPP Specialist of the Global Green Growth Institute(GGGI). Prior to joining GGGI, Ms. Lee worked at the Korea Development Institute(KDI) Public and Private Infrastructure Investment Management Center (PIMAC), where she led project teams to conduct feasibility evaluations for public investment and Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects (mainly, economic and social infrastructure) and provided policy advice and technical assistance to government agencies in the planning and procurement process of PPP projects. She also served as Deputy Director of the PPP Policy Division of the Ministry of Strategy and Finance of Korea, where she was engaged in developing national PPP policies, investment plans, and international cooperation. Prior to her career in the public sector, she worked at an IT venture company as a chief planner responsible for developing innovative e-commerce models and a website.
