Biography
Shomi Kim is a Green Cites Analyst of Investment and Policy Solutions Division (IPSD). She is managing green cities development projects in the areas of secondary city development, solid waste management and decentralized sanitation in Rwanda, Lao PDR, and Senegal. Her projects in the thematic area ranges from capacity building, developing inclusive green cities programs to designing policy and financial instruments. She also provides technical analysis and reviews on urban related policy and project documents including Green City Development Action Plan, Roadmap for Green Secondary City Development, and Feasibility Studies on Decentralized Wastewater Treatment and Waste-to-resource Opportunities.
