Biography
Lisa He is the Chief Financial Officer of Greka Drilling Limited. She joined Greka Technical Services in February 2008 as Chief Accounting Officer and has since been responsible for financial matters in relation to the drilling business, as well as wider financial matters within the company. She has 20 years experience in accounting and financial management. Prior to joining Greka Drilling, she worked for AES Wanfang Company as Chief Financial Controller from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2008, she was Chief Accounting Officer for Xinyuan Real Estate Group and was a key member of the Accounts and Finance team and involved in listing the company on the New York Stock Exchange. Ms He is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Tax Agent in China, and holds a masters degree in Business Administration at Xi'an Jiaotong University.
