Biography
Surinder is an alumnus of Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), Delhi University from where he completed his graduation in Commerce. After his Post Graduation, he completed his LLB from Delhi University. He is also a Fellow Member of The Institute of Company Secretary of India. He started with the company in the Human Resource function handling Recruitment, Employee and Industrial Relations. He then moved to become Company Secretary of GSKCH Ltd in 1986 and also held portfolio as General Manager – Legal. He moved up to become General Counsel of the company for ISC Region in 2006. Surinder joined the company in 1982, when it was known as HMM Ltd
