Biography
Wang Qian, born in August 1987, Huangshan, Anhui Province, graduated from the School of Management, University of Science and Technology of China with a Ph.D. degree in management from 2014 to 2016. He studied postdoctoral research at the University of Science and Technology of China in 2014-2016 Smooth out of the station. Mainly engaged in organizational behavior and human resources research, currently in the "Journal of Vocational Behavior", "Journal of Advanced Management Science", the 75th Annual Meeting of the American Management (AOM), "Science and Science and Technology Management", "China Science and Technology Forum "and other SSCI, CSSCI journals and international conferences published papers 8. Presided over the Chinese postdoctoral fund surface project, the central university basic scientific research business special funds funded projects, as a major member of a number of National Natural Science Fund projects, the Chinese Association for scientific research projects, the Ministry of Education doctorate special fund projects. Won the doctoral student scholarship, the University of Science and Technology of China outstanding honors and other awards.
