Biography
Yu Jian, male, born in July 1963, Qidong County, Jiangsu Province. He received the degree of graduation in May 1987 from Hangzhou Electronic Engineering Institute in Management Engineering. Mainly engaged in product and service assurance and other aspects of research, production and service system to improve the design and implementation of the operation of the organization and management of the advisory, training and implementation work. In these areas to host and complete a number of Provincial Natural Science Foundation, the provincial philosophy and social science planning fund, the provincial Department of Education and the letter of the key projects, and published more than 40 papers. In 2005, he participated in the Hangzhou government organization tender planning project. He won the Zhejiang Science and Technology Award in 2006.
