Zhu Suying, born in August 1963, associate professor in Hangzhou Dianzi University, Zhejiang Province, graduated from the School of Management of Sun Yat-sen University in 2006, or a doctorate in management. Presided over three provincial and ministerial issues, published two academic monographs.
