Biography
Bian Hongyu, currently working as professor in Department of Underwater Sound Engineering in Harbin Engineering University.He is graduated from the Harbin Institute of Ship Engineering (now Harbin Engineering University) from Department of underwater acoustic engineering, in 1994, he received a bachelor's degree in engineering from the Harbin Engineering University Department of underwater acoustic engineering.
