Biography
Chen Baowei, born in April 1979, doctor, lecturer, master tutor. In September 2000, he was admitted to the Institute of Underwater Acoustic Engineering of Harbin Engineering University. He received his Ph.D. degree in June 2012 and stayed in school in May 2008.
