Biography
　Cui Xiufang, born in January 1978, doctoral, lecturer, master of material science and engineering tutor, concurrently Surf Coat Tech, Appl Surf Sci, Mater Chem Phys and so on more than 10 kinds of international journal reviewers. As the project leader has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation, Heilongjiang Province Natural Science Fund and other projects 8; as the backbone to participate in the national "973", national defense "973", "national defense basic research" and other three projects. In recent years in Appl Surf Sci, Mater Chem Phys and other well-known publications at home and abroad published more than 30 papers, including SCI included 20, EI included 10; apply for patent 4.
