Biography
Born in November 1962 in Benxi City, Liaoning Province. In September 1980, he was admitted to the Department of Shipbuilding of Dalian Institute of Technology. He studied undergraduate degree in ship engineering. He graduated from June 1984 with a bachelor's degree in engineering.
Research Interest
Mainly engaged in the design and manufacture of ships and marine structures, the ship to promote energy-saving technologies, computer-aided ship design, engineering ship and high-tech ship research and design work, water transport economy research work, water dredging and dredging machinery research and design work.
