Guo Cai, female, born in August 1980, Doctor of Engineering, lecturer of the Faculty of Science, Harbin Engineering University. 　　He received a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Heilongjiang University in 2002. He received a master's degree in mathematical mathematics from the School of Mathematical Sciences, Heilongjiang University in 2005, mainly studied and studied the numerical solution of partial differential equations.
