Biography
Guo was born in 1983 and graduated from the Department of Mechanics (undergraduate) of Peking University in 2006. He graduated from the Department of Information and Control Engineering, University of Science and Technology, Baumann University in Moscow in 2010, and has been working at the School of Ship Engineering, Harbin Engineering University since 2010 Work, lecturer.
