Biography
Born in December 1965, professor, doctoral tutor. He graduated from Jilin University in July 1986 with a bachelor's degree in mathematics. He graduated from Jilin University with a master's degree in Applied Mathematics in July 1989. He received a master's degree in mathematics from Jilin University in June, 2004. He was in control engineering and control engineering at Harbin Engineering University in June 2004 Doctoral graduate, received a doctorate in engineering. He is currently a member of China Computer Society, director of Heilongjiang Institute of Computer Science, member of China Society of Systems Engineering.
