Biography
Professor Li Congkang was born in 1960, 18 years ago (Taiwan) Chiayi, after 6 years, in the (Hsinchu) Tsinghua campus through the full and happy learning time, Bachelor and Master of Industrial Engineering, served two years of pre-duty ), Went to the Department of Industrial Engineering at Stanford University (now incorporated into the Department of Management Science and Engineering) at the University of California, USA, for a five-year period of fantastic campus life, and then at the Department of Business Administration The School of Business Studies was retired in January, 2001, and was held at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Operations Research Center for one year. He worked in the School of Economics and Management of Harbin Engineering University since March 2016.
