Biography
Li Qingbo, Professor. In 1984 graduated from the Harbin Institute of Technology, the same year to Harbin Ship Engineering Institute to teach, 89 years of Harbin Institute of Technology, a master's degree in optical engineering, 05 years of Harbin Engineering University, a doctorate in materials science. In the field of optical thin film technology and optical fiber sensing, a lot of basic research work has been done, and some research results have been obtained. In "Electric Power Systems Research", "Photonics", "Optics & Laser Technology", "Journal of Harbin Engineering University" , "Laser and optoelectronics progress" and other related professional journals published papers, accumulated more than 40 articles.
