Biography
Li Shengquan (1973-), Hebei Tangshan people, professor, master guide mainly engaged in marine space environment perception and information systems research work, based on satellite navigation, underwater acoustic and geographic information technology, marine space information acquisition, marine survey survey Instrument, marine environment (geography / physics) data expression and other research. Published more than 40 academic papers, patent 3; presided over the assembly pre-research 1, the Navy key scientific research projects; presided over a number of measuring ship measurement system construction and other major construction projects.
