　Liu Guangmin, male (1965.10.-), Han nationality, Gongzhuling city of Jilin province, doctor of engineering, professor, environmental engineering, chemical engineering and technical master tutor, director of resources and environmental technology research institute; Heilongjiang Province Environmental Science Association, Member of the Expert Group of Heilongjiang Provincial Disaster Reduction Committee, Member of Harbin Safety Production Expert Group; Bachelor of Environmental Science, Jilin University, Master of Physics and Chemistry, Jilin University, Ph.D., School of Resources and Environment, Jilin University, Faculty of Environmental and Environmental Engineering, Harbin University of Technology & Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. Postdoctoral; bear and participate in national, provincial and enterprise horizontal project more than 20 items, recently published more than 40 research papers, authorized 10 invention patents.
