Biography
Liu Shaogang, born in 1962, professor, doctoral tutor. Heilongjiang provincial government science and technology economic advisory committee experts, provincial and ministerial level has outstanding contributions to young experts, provincial and ministerial level young technology award winner, China Forestry Society permanent senior members. Access to ministerial level scientific and technological progress third prize twice, ranked first. Currently engaged in mechanical and electrical engineering, mechanical design and theory, computer control system, based on intelligent material vibration active control mechanism, fire technology and equipment research. Engaged in teaching and research work for more than 30 years. During the hosting of national issues 8, provincial and ministerial level and business commissioned more than 20 items.
