Liu Zhihai

Biography

Liu Zhihai, born in 1977. He is teaching at the Institute of Photonics and Technology, Faculty of Science, Harbin Engineering University. He is a professor and doctoral tutor. Member of the Chinese Optical Society, director of the Heilongjiang Institute of Optics. He graduated from Harbin Engineering University with a bachelor's degree in optoelectronic technology. He graduated from Harbin Institute of Technology with a degree in Optics and a master's degree in engineering. He graduated from Harbin Institute of Mechanical Engineering in March 2007 with a Ph.D. The In 1999, he was promoted to a lecturer at the Faculty of Science of Harbin Engineering University. In September 2003, he was promoted to a lecturer. In September 2006, he was promoted to an associate professor. In September 2009, he was promoted to professor.
