Biography
Lu Hongyu, born in 1975, lecturer, master tutor. In 2005 graduated from the Harbin Institute of Technology School of Environmental and Municipal Engineering. Harbin Engineering University aerospace and construction engineering lecturer, master tutor. He was born in Wuchang City, Heilongjiang Province in 1975. He received a bachelor's degree in environmental engineering from Harbin Institute of Architecture in 1997 and a master's degree in environmental engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2001. He received a doctorate degree in municipal engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology in 2005. 2003 won the second prize of scientific and technological progress in Heilongjiang Province.
