Biography
Luan Yigang, born in 1981, doctor of engineering, associate professor, master graduate tutor. In July 2004, he graduated from Harbin Engineering University with a bachelor's degree in thermal engineering and power engineering. He graduated from Harbin Engineering University in June 2011 and graduated from Harbin Engineering Engineering in Harbin Engineering Engineering.
