Ma Yonghong, female, doctor of management, Harbin Engineering University, Professor of Economics and Management, doctoral tutor. He served as director of Heilongjiang Institute of Management and director of Heilongjiang Province Productivity Association. Published three books, in the CSSCI source and other core journals published more than 20 papers, provincial and ministerial level scientific research awards 6. The main research areas are industrial innovation and regional innovation, presided over the national soft science project 1, Heilongjiang Province Natural Science Fund project 1, presided over the Heilongjiang Province soft science research project 1, Harbin public relations soft science project 2 items.
