Biography
Qi Hui, born in 1963, professor, doctoral tutor, Harbin Engineering University, vice president of space and construction engineering. 1980-1984 Harbin Institute of Ship Engineering, Department of Aerospace Engineering Missile missile structure design professional bachelor's degree in engineering, in 1992 in Harbin Institute of Ship Engineering Department of Aerospace Engineering, received a master's degree in solid mechanics, in 2000 in Harbin Engineering University construction College of solid mechanics received a doctorate in engineering, 1984 to the Harbin Engineering University School of aerospace and construction engineering. Now is the National Defense Science and Technology Commission Spacecraft and Launch Vehicle Standardization Technical Committee, Heilongjiang Province Aviation Society.
