Qiao Yingjie, male, born in 1965, doctor, professor, material science and engineering doctoral tutor. He is currently the director of Institute of Structural Functional Integration Materials of Harbin Engineering University. Vice Chairman and Secretary General of the Research and Evaluation and Application Committee of Composite Materials, China Society of Composite Materials; Director of Special Ceramics Committee of China Institute of Ceramics; China Council of Materials Science and Chemistry Teaching and Research Committee of China Institute of Ceramics; Instrumentation instrument instrument functional materials Committee executive director; Minjiang Heilongjiang Provincial Standing Committee, Heilongjiang Province CPPCC members.
