Biography
　Shen Jihong, male, born in September 1966, doctor, professor, doctoral tutor. He is currently a party secretary of the Faculty of Science of Harbin Engineering University. His research interests include computational mathematics, applied mathematics and operational research and cybernetics. At present, he focuses on the research work on optimization algorithms and system modeling. He is currently the vice chairman of Heilongjiang Institute of Mathematical Sciences, Heilongjiang Province Industrial and Applied Mathematics Society vice chairman; Heilongjiang Province Mathematical Modeling Competition Committee deputy director; Heilongjiang province higher school teaching teacher.
