Sun Jinghua, male, born in 1963, Jixi City, Heilongjiang Province, Professor, master tutor, director of physical experiment center. China Astronautics Association of optoelectronic technology professional committee, Heilongjiang Institute of Optics. July 1986 Graduated from the Department of Physics, Jilin University, received a Bachelor of Science degree, in January 1995 Harbin Engineering University Communication and Electronic Systems graduate, received a master's degree in engineering. Now is the Harbin Engineering University, Department of Underwater Acoustics, Signal and Image Processing, Ph.D.
